Why We Started
After years of helping families navigate complex healthcare systems, we recognized a critical need for accessible, culturally competent homecare services in our community. Too many families were struggling to find reliable, professional care that honored their loved ones’ independence and dignity.
Our Founder’s Experience
Olieiri Santana combines extensive healthcare knowledge with proven business success:
- Healthcare Professional: 10+ years as a case manager at CCA Insurance Company, specializing in healthcare navigation and patient advocacy.
- Educational Excellence: Master of Science in Business Administration (Finance) – Southern New Hampshire University. Case Manager Certificate – Boston University (2022).
